Brief Report

University level one day workshop on scope and limitations of syllabus of M Sc I in zoology was organized by Department of Zoology Shri Dnyanesh Mahavidyalaya Nawargaon in association with board of studies in zoology held at conference hall on 31.08.2023.Dr Amir Dhamani, Member, academic council was chief guest of function who addressed the gathering on scope and limitations of syllabus while Dr R R Kamdi, Member, academic council was guest of honour and grace the function. Dr Pravin Telkhede, chairman Board of studies in Zoology was present in the capacity of chairperson and shared his view regarding syllabus. Dr. Suresh Bakare introduced the guest and welcome the participants. Dr Telkhede, Dr Kamdi and Dr Dhamani were felicitated with shawl shrifal and memento for their recognition at different university bodies. Dr Rajlaxmi Kulkarni, Dr Chilke, Dr Dahegaonkar, Dr Bele, Dr Misar, Dr Sitre and Dr Indurkar were discussed the scope and limitations of various paper in subject Zoology. Organizing secretary Dr Umesh Indurkar conducted the workshop and Dr Aashik Nagwanshi proposed the vote of thanks. Total 43 faculties were participated from different colleges. Mr Saurabh Nagose, Mr Angaraj Parwate, Ms Trishali Dekate, Mr Mayur Bansod and students from M Sc II of Zoology worked hard for success of workshop.

Event Outcomes

1.Participants were abled to know the scope and limitations of syllabus during teaching to students.
2. Major and minor practical experiment also dicussed in this worshop
