“Language and Literature Club” run by the Department of English organized the activity of a Guest Lecture for the students. On this occasion, Ashutosh Popate, Assistant Professor and Head, Department of English, Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj College, Chimur Dist Chandrapur delivered the talk on “Importance of Language and Literature for Personality Development.” Dr L C Ujede, Head of the department gave the opening remark and introduction to the guest speaker and presided over the function. The speaker enlightened the students with the importance of language and literature in the life of every student in all walks of life. He emphasized the habit of reading among the students. D R Kshirsagar, Assistant Professor of English coordinated the function and proposed a vote of thanks. The students exhibited enthusiasm and participated in the function in a large number.
