Complete Story

On behalf of Shri Dnyanesh College’s National Service Scheme, a one-day orientation programme was organized for all the students of Arts and Science Department of the college. In terms of this lecture, students should be aware of social issues. For that, the speeches of officials were kept for the students. Advocate Bodhi Ramteke was invited. He recently received the prestigious Erasmus Mundus Fellowship of Rs 45 Lakhs in Europe for post-graduate studies, among the top 10 people in the world. Therefore, the lecture presented from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm on 3rd August 2023 in Pasayadan hall was organized to inspire the students, ask social questions, and make them aware of the opportunities in law education.
Today, students from rural areas do not seem to be falling short. It is only because of lack of information that they fall behind. You have a mobile phone in your hand. It should be used to find universities that do quality work in higher education in the country. We should explore our own abilities. We should learn to heal using the intellect. In fact, higher education is a process of man-making. Our education should also benefit the society. Who says what? What does it say? Believing in it, we began to accept it as truth. So we cannot reach the truth. By studying ourselves and reading books we can develop social awareness through education. Our education should also benefit the society. Students in the field of arts and sciences should study law and work in the context of justice in society. Legal education is for the benefit of society. There is a new opportunity available. Students in rural areas are lagging behind as proper information is not reaching them.
This assertion has been made by Advocate Bodhi Ramteke, who has worked as Research Assistant to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. Advocate Bodhi Ramteke was invited to address the students on behalf of the Quality Assurance Unit and National Service Scheme of the college. He recently received the prestigious Erasmus Mundus Fellowship of Rs 45 Lakhs in Europe for post-graduate studies, among the top 10 people in the world. He was felicitated by the college as he was the only one in India this year.
He kept his guidance in front of the students for one and a half hours continuously. The program was presided over by Dr. Suresh Bakare, principal of the college, Dr. Gajanan Kortalwar introduced the program and introduced the guests. The program was moderated by Dr. Lalit Ujede and vote of thanks was given by Prof. Milind Fulzele.
