The institution always organise students oriented events for their all-round development. To create awareness regarding reading culture among the students, the institute organised ‘Book Reading Activity’ on the occasion of birth anniversary of Dr B R Ambedkar.
Total 41 students participated in the event enthusiastically. The commendable thing is, the students read varoius books continuously for 10 hours. The activity was started with the garlanding to the image of Dr Ambedkar. Dr S S Bakare, Principal, Mrs Rajani Kaulkar, Member, Grampanchayat, Ratnapur, and Ms Rupali Dharane, Samta Doot, BARTI (Babasaheb Ambedkar Research and Training Institute) guided the students and wished them best luck for this activity.
The program was compared by Dr Umesh Indurkar, Head Department of Zoology, whereas vote of thanks was proposed by Mr Hemant Meshram Head Department of Physics.
Dr Ujede, Mr Wakode, Dr Kortalwar, and other faculty members were also present for this event. In the evening 6.30 pm concluded the activity.
