  2. To promote understanding of the Preamble and its core values—Justice, Liberty, Equality, and Fraternity.
  3. To highlight the role of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar and the Constituent Assembly in drafting the Constitution.

Shri Dnyanesh Mahavidyalaya, Nawargaon celebrated the 75th Constitution Day (Sanvidhan Din) with great enthusiasm and respect. The program began with garlanding and offering floral tribute to the portrait of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, the chief architect of the Indian Constitution. All staff members and students paid their respects, acknowledging his immense contribution to the nation.

After the tribute, Ravindra Deulwar NSS Coordinator given Introduction of the Constitution of India, highlighting its historical background, drafting process, major features, and the significance of constitutional values in a democratic society. Students were briefed about Fundamental Rights, Fundamental Duties, and the importance of safeguarding the spirit of the Constitution.

Following the introduction, reading of the Preamble of the Indian Constitution by all students, teachers, and staff members by the College Principal Dr. Amrut Lanje. Through the Preamble reading, the participants reaffirmed the core constitutional values of Justice, Liberty, Equality, and Fraternity.

The event was organized by the college’s NSS Unit, Students actively participated and showed keen interest in understanding the importance of the Constitution.

The program was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Hemantkumar Meshram, NSS coordinator. All teaching and nonteaching staff, students were present in this programme.

  2. Better understanding of the Preamble and its relevance in everyday life.
