Objectives of Activity

 

1. Enhancing Learning of school students:

Provide students with access to modern resources and learning opportunities through partnerships with industries, government bodies, and NGOs.

2. Capacity Building for Teachers:

Offer training and professional development for teachers to adopt innovative pedagogical practices.

Encourage the integration of technology in teaching to make lessons more interactive and engaging.

3. Promoting Inclusivity in Education:

Ensure educational access for underprivileged or marginalized communities.

Create programs addressing gender equity, disability inclusion, and regional disparities.

4. Fostering Industry-Academic Partnerships:

Facilitate collaborations between schools and industries to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world applications.

Introduce students to career opportunities, skill-building workshops, and mentorship programs.

5. Encouraging STEM Education: Focus on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education to prepare students for future challenges. Organize hackathons, science fairs, and innovation competitions to inspire creativity

Complete Story

As per the directives of Gondwana University and the Government of Maharashtra, a special awareness program titled “NEP School Connect 2.0” was organized for students of XI and XII standards. The event took place at the Pasaydan Auditorium, with Principal Dr. Lanje presiding over the session.
The esteemed guests of honor included eminent representatives from Gondwana University: Dr. Vivek Joshi, Dr. Devdutt Tare, Dr. Rajni Wadhai, and Dr. Kage. The program witnessed a large gathering of junior college students from both the Arts and Science streams.
Dr. Ujede conducted the proceedings and concluded the event by proposing a vote of thanks. Assistant Professor Ramteke Sir provided technical support for the PowerPoint presentation. Teachers from the junior college faculty were also in attendance, contributing to the success of the programme.
