On Friday, 06 December 2024, NSS department of Shri Dnyanesh Mahavidyalaya Nawargaon organised the death anniversary of Dr. Bhimrao R. Ambedkar at 3.00 pm in the pasayada hall of college.
On this occasion Dr. Nitesh Ramteke Assistant Professor, Yadorao Poshettiwar college, Tadodhi (Balapur) was the chief guest.
In his talk he said, Mahaparinirwan Din is observed on December 6th each year to commemorate the death anniversary of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, a key social reformer and the chief architect of the Indian Constitution. The day holds significant importance in honouring his contributions to social justice, equality, and the upliftment of marginalized communities like Bahujan samaj, womens and all Indians.
Principal Dr. Amrut Lanje chaired the programme and said that, this year, it is 68th Mahaparinirwan day of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar. on this occasion various events, including memorial services and discussions are organized across India to commemorate his legacy and promote his ideals of liberty, equality, and fraternity.
Miss. Usha Wadpallivar comparer the program and Mr. Sunil Kumbhare gave the introductory remarks also introduced the chief guest of today’s program.
NSS program officer of junior College Shri Ravi Deulwar organised the programme and proposed the vote of thanks. NSS program officer of senior college Dr. Hemantkumar Meshram were grace the program.
All the teaching faculty of senior and junior college, supporting staff and students were present in the auditorium to witness the event.

2. Fostering a sense of unity and pride in the democratic principles of the nation that Dr. Ambedkar helped establish.
