Students have suffered academic losses during the Corona pandemic. Regular studies, school-college teaching and other educational activities have been disrupted all over the world. But if you want to be successful in life, you have to be knowledgeable. Students need to adopt this ethic, said Jayant Borkar, President, Bharatiya Shikshan Sanstha Nawargaon in his presidential talk.
He was speaking at the time when Farewell program for Students of M.Sc. Second year organized by Department of Physics, Shri Dnyanesh Mahavidyalaya Nawargaon. Honorable President of Bharatiya Shikshan Sanstha Jayant Borkar sir presided over the function. He further said, “I will personally pursue post-graduate studies in Physics from this college with the view that knowledge should be practiced throughout my life.” The chief guest of the event was Dr. Waman N. Parwate, Head & Associate Professor, Department of Chemistry. He said, “Students, you want to spread the light of knowledge in the society. Nothing is easy to achieve, it takes hard work. You have to burn hard, that’s where you get success.” He also encouraged the students to carry research in various reputed institutions over the India by qualifying subject related exams like NET, SET & GATE.
Dr. Ishwar S. Mohurle, Head & Associate Professor of Physics introduced the program and the guests of the event. He also said that, ‘‘Although this Pandemic disrupted your study and due to that affected the Knowledge, you need not to care much about that. Because we can overcome that problem by self-study, we can gather any knowledge at any stage of life.’’ Mr. H. B. Meshram Announced the Physics Student Association for Academic year 2020-21 and explained the importance of Association. He said that the association will help to develop the personality of Physics Student while completing the course.
Ku. Dhanashri Borkar, Ku. Rakhi Khedkar, Ku. Pragati Ghaturkar the students of MSc II expressed their views and experiences about the department and college.
Mr. Bhaurao Balbudhe took efforts for success of the event. Mr. Prashant Zode, Mr. Ankosh Ramteke were present in the program. Program was conducted by Udayraj Borkar student of M.Sc. First year and Vote of thanks proposed by Sneha Khanorkar M.Sc. first year.
