On December 6, 2025, Dr. Hemantkumar Meshram, Program Officer of the National Service Scheme of Shri Dyanesh Mahavidyalaya, Nawargaon organized a tribute program on the occasion of the 69th Mahaparinirvana Day of Vishwa Ratna Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar. The program was started by Principal Dr. Amrut Lanje and the professors by garlanding the portrait of Babasaheb and lighting a lamp.
On this occasion, students and teachers informed the attendees about Dr. Ambedkar’s great work, contribution in the formation of the Indian Constitution, struggle for social justice, as well as the message of education and equality.
The impact of Babasaheb’s message of “Learn, Organize and Struggle” was felt everywhere in the college premises. The students pledged to follow social equality, brotherhood and constitutional values.
All the teachers and non-teaching staff of the college were present in the programs.
