Department of Physical Education and Sports organized the National Webinar to propagate the Indian tradition of Yoga for a healthier life. During the pandemic, this practice could be proved useful for health. Dr Nitin Dhomne, Nainital, Uttarakhand demonstrated various asanas and mudras of Yoga. Many teachers from various colleges, faculty members, students, and many people participated in this online programme.
