Shri Dnyanesh Mahavidyalaya, Navargaon, organized a special awareness drive focusing on addiction prevention and cyber security in collaboration with the National Service Scheme (NSS).
Chief speakers Police Sub-Inspector Shrikant Lanjewar and Assistant Police Inspector Rani Bhondve from Sindewahi Police Station addressed the students. They highlighted the physical, mental, and economic hazards of substance abuse while encouraging youth to adopt a healthy, disciplined lifestyle. Additionally, guidance was provided on safe social media usage, protecting passwords, and staying cautious against online scams and cyber crimes.
Presided over by Sadanand Borkar, Secretary of Bhartiya Shikshan Sanstha, the event concluded with students taking a collective pledge to stay addiction-free and responsible in the digital world.
